If a part you bought from IronDT turns out to have a manufacturing defect, email us a few details about the part and your machine. We review every claim and, depending on the case, replace the item or issue a refund.

Our warranty is limited to manufacturing defects. When a claim is approved, we either replace the item or refund it.

Consequential damage: any further loss or damage caused by a failed part.
How to make a warranty claim
Send us the details listed below by email. The more we know about the part and the machine, the faster we can review your claim.

Parts that were installed or used can be returned only under warranty.
