102-8139 Recoil Spring
The 102-8139 Recoil Spring is a component of the track tensioning and mechanical return system used on Caterpillar excavators. It is installed in the recoil and idler adjustment assembly, where it allows controlled movement of the idler wheel and helps absorb shock loads transmitted through the undercarriage.
This is a new aftermarket spare part manufactured by CTP (Costex Tractor Parts) for Caterpillar equipment.
